We know it has been a while since we have blogged but we have good reason. We have
been very hard at work on finishing up the design and integration of EasyAdBucks 2.0!
We have many new things for our members and advertisters including:

Hello everyone,
During the transition of the EasyAdBucks website to myself and Chris we have been learning how things work but there was one thing we missed. Support emails were being submitted with the subject of “Other” so we accidentally over looked these thinking they were junk mail.
Please if you have submitted a support message from Jan 6th - 15th please resubmit it and we will take care of it right away.
We do apologize for this inconvenience and wanted to let you all know this won’t happen going forward.

Hello EasyAdBucks members and advertisers. As you may know EasyAdBucks has new owners to kick start 2008, myself (Cory) and my partner Chris. We have a vast skill set and a superb track record when it comes to successes on the web. We want to take EasyAdBucks to the same level and beyond some of the top competitors in this really interesting area of paid to read, click and signup services.
We have already been doing a lot of research, making notes on things to alter and improve upon. Myself, I have been learning the ropes of running the administration side of things (A big thanks to Mark). Approving your orders and sending them out. I have a good grasp on how all that works now and I apologize if there were any delays. Chris has been doing a lot of research on how to make you guys a lot more money this year. This is his speciality and he is darn good at it!
We are both designers so together we have started working on the much needed re design of this site. Currently we are coming up with a logo and playing with ideas for the site design itself. We will be ditching the theme of deer / bucks / moose because we feel this is really confusing to new members. How many of you were wondering what the heck a Hunter Gatherer was when you first signed up? I know I was Our goal with the new EasyAdBucks will be to make it as simple and enjoyable for the users as possible. Also we feel with a more professional look we will attract more advertisers which means more potential money for everyone.
So from reading through previous posts in this blog it has become apparent that the community wants a way to communicate with one another so as a temporary solution (until we can release the new website and forum) we have added a live chat feature to the website. To see it you don’t even need to be logged in. The EasyAdBucks Member Chat will make it easy to get to know some of the other members. I’m sure we will even pop in from time to time ourselves.
Feel free to post in here or email us with any suggestions you may have for the new website. Everything will be taken into consideration.
With all that said prepare for a year where everyone makes more bucks!

Easyadbucks.com has been sold, but don’t panic there are great things in store. I felt it was in the best interest to sell easyadbucks.com to someone who could take it to the next level.
The site was started in April 07 as a Joint Venture between my self (Mark Williams) and Brad Mills. Brad became very busy in August with other ventures he has been working on and I’m looking to branch out and work on my own. We decided it would be best to sell the site to someone who could put in 110% effort everyday to take Easyadbucks.com to the next level. I have personally met with the new owner before the sale to discuss his intentions of where he plans on taking the site, as I was not going to just sell the site to anyone.
The members have always been top priority for EasyAdBucks.com and this will not change in the future. I have had the opportunity to talk with a lot of you over the last few months either through support or via email and I must admit I will miss it.
I plan on taking a mini vacation and then getting right back to work on a new project. Hopefully this won’t be the last time you’ve heard of me. Hello EasyAdBucks members I just wanted to introduce myself to you. As Mark had mentioned above I will be taking over the operations of EasyAdBucks and I am very excited about it. I have big plans for this community. Mark tells me there are a lot of great members so this should be fun. I welcome the opportunity to get to know you all. I am taking over with many improvements already in mind. To give you a little taste of my background so you can get a feel of what I do and have accomplished here is a small list.
My background is in website design. The #1 thing on my to do list as the new owner is to give EasyAdBucks a brand new look. I have heard there have been many requests for this and I am here to tell you that your prayers will be answered soon

In addition to my design skills I am also trained in analyzing websites and making modifications that make it easier for the users, making your time on the site more enjoyable and simpler.

1, MEMBERS MUST LOG INTO THE SITE EVERY 30 DAYS TO KEEP THERE ACCOUNT ACTIVE! WE ARE GOING TO START CLEANING OUT THE DATA BASE! WE WANT ONLY ACTIVE MEMBERS FOR OUR ADVERTISERS!
2, $50 $100 Bonus mails have been removed. It was causing a lot of confusion for people thinking about joining. They instantly thought scam. When really a % of all advertising bought went into a pool so I could randomly send Bonus Mails. We will be re doing Advertising prices shortly to reflect this.
3, E-Gold And Click bank have been removed as payment processors. Please update your profiles to Paypal, Moneybookers or Alertpay. We will be looking at adding new secure processors soon.
4, A few nights ago I was going through the list of transactions for referrals that people had bought, I had the bright idea to clear any of the old ones so the script would load faster not knowing it would credit the points or cash balance back to the account of the member. Doing so anyone who has bought 1-4 referrals at a time since EAB opened just got an early Xmas gift. You may notice the total payouts on the site saying a lower number. Some how my mistake also reflected on that number.
5, we are having a referral contest again this month top 10 winners will receive up to $100.00!
6, Changes in the way emails are sent. If an advertiser orders 1000 emails we will send the email to the entire list the first 1000 to click the link will get credit. After that the link will go in void.
7, Questions regarding ads, we are in talks with a new ad network about partnering with us. In till then we rely on advertisers so if you know of anyone please promote the site to them.
8, Referrals can no lower be bought with points. The price of referrals has increased from $1.50 to $2.00.

Great work everyone! We have passed 10,000 members this month.
Paid to sign ups: Members accounts are being Cancelled in till they can email me and prove they understand the rules of entering the info right! You DO NOT enter your email address in the box you enter the email that was sent to you from the paid to sign up you just signed up for. The conformation email! This causes me hours of extra work weekly.
Paid to clicks: Have been removed in till we can find a way to stop members from cheating. We had to remove over 300!! Accounts last month from people breaking rules when it came to paid to click’s. Please click 1 at a time or you will be banned! It only took a few bad apples to ruin it for everyone.
Referrals: We are still a few weeks behind we had a few members last month purchase 100s of referrals and we are still back logged as they join we will add them to your account. As of today we are up to 10/22/07 anyone who has requested them before that should have there referrals now. Unless you bought them in packs of 10 and 30 in which case they have been already added.
Questions about the data entry program. I have had a lot of emails asking me about the Data Entry Program (An ad that was sent by an advertiser)
I have personally tested the system to check it out and I have found it is a good program but it is a little misleading. Many people join thinking they are entering pages of notes for people which is wrong they teach you how to place ads and also give you s $100 Google credit to do so. Not bad since you get full training and $100 credit when you only pay $50 to join. I would recommend for someone who is serious about working not for someone who thinks they are going to make a lot of money doing nothing.

It’s been a busy month. I have taken over administration duties from brad.
A few important things I would like to go over this month.
Paid to sign up offers – When completing an offer please wait in till you receive the confirmation email from the site you have signed up for and copy and paste it (CTRL C CTRL V) into the submission box under the original ad you had clicked to sign up for.
We are going to start cancelling accounts of members who on a regular basis are trying to submit fake paid to sign up information.
Referral Redemptions – Due to high demand and low volume of un-referred referrals we have increased the redemption point values from 1450 to 2000
Cash out fee – We charge $1 on all cash outs to Paypal, Moneybookers, AlertPay & Egold.
Advertising Prices – We lowered our prices this month and also created more packages.
